Memberships of the euro-scene Leipzig in network organisations
The national and international contacts of the euro-scene Leipzig are exceptionally manifold. For years the festival has been a member of the Informal European Theatre Meeting (IETM), domiciled in Brussels, as the most important network for independent theatre in Europe. Further on the euro-scene Leipzig is corporate member of the Internationales Theaterinstitut (ITI), Bundesrepublik Deutschland (German Centre of the International Theatre Institute), and co-organiser of the Tanzplattform Deutschland (Dance Platform Germany). The euro-scene Leipzig's attendance of conventions/conferences, festivals, audience discussions and premiers renders important public relations and representation for the city of Leipzig, the Free State of Saxony and the new German states.
The euro-scene Leipzig, festival of contemporary European theatre, will take place from 02 to 07 November 2010 for the 20th time.
